Course Completion: Once you have completed more than 50% of a course or received a certificate of completion, refunds will not be issued.

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing period will be issued on a pro-rata basis if the request is made within seven days of the billing date and minimal usage is demonstrated.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be refunded within thirty days of purchase if less than 10% of available content has been accessed. After this period, no refunds will be issued, but you may cancel future renewals.
Trial Periods: If we offer a free trial period, no refund is necessary as no payment has been processed. Cancellation during the trial prevents future charges.

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Downloadable Resources: Once digital materials, templates, or downloadable resources have been accessed or downloaded, they cannot be refunded.
Live Sessions and Webinars: Registration fees for live interactive sessions, webinars, or workshops are non-refundable once the event has commenced.
Certification Fees: Fees associated with certification examinations or credential verification are non-refundable.

Alternatively, students may be offered enrollment in a comparable course of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
4.3 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course or subscription multiple times, please contact us within thirty days. We will refund duplicate transactions upon verification.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in:
Immediate suspension of your account and access to all services.
